Milkweed and Blueberries

New this weekend…blueberries. This will be our first weekend to offer blueberries! Get all of your blueberry recipes out or just pop a few in your oatmeal or cereal. We have them available to order online!

Also, we are giving away milkweed again! You can reserve your milkweed here. PLEASE NOTE: If you order here, you will need to pick up at the farmers’ market. Shiloh Museum will be giving away but on a first come, first serve basis.

Market Opening June 6th

We are excited to have our traditional farmers’ market open this Saturday, June 6th. We continue to offer online ordering for your convenience.

Be sure and check out our veggies this week. We have a nice selection of spring vegs AND we are beginning to get some summer ones (cucumbers and green beans)! Also new this week, we have fresh blueberry jam made with some of the first blueberries of the season!

New Items Added This Week

Happy Memorial Day! Thank you to all of our service members past and present that have sacrificed for our freedom. As a former Army spouse, I extend that thanks to all of the family members that sacrifice as well.

I’m pretty sure that we are all ready for a break from the rain, but the spring vegs seem to be love the cool rainy days. We have added a number of vegetables this week: Cucumbers, Green Beans, Sweet Onions, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cabbage, Swiss Chard, and Purple Cauliflower. We may have Snow Peas and Carrots before the end of the week, so watch for future emails.

We appreciate your business. Watch for an announcement on the opening of our full farmers’ market.

Collard Greens Added

We have our first collard greens of the season available! If you have already placed your order, you can add collards to that order. If you haven’t ordered yet, you still have time!

Fresh Spring Vegetables Added Today!

Time to order for Saturday pick-up and we have lots of new Spring vegetables added this week!

It goes without saying that this year is very different for all of us. We greatly appreciate your support of our market and our local farmers and artisans. We hope to have our “traditional” market available to you within the next couple of weeks. If you like online ordering, it will continue! Options are great and we want to bring you quality local products in the most convenient way for you.

Fresh Spring Vegetables Added Today!

Spring is definitely here and we have the veggies to prove it! We have added more today and also added more craft items. Of course, we have all of our usual favorites!

This Saturday, we will be having a seed giveaway! When you pick up your order, pick up some veggie and flower seeds, too!

If you haven’t placed your order yet, you have until tomorrow evening. Did you try the new candied almonds yet? They are FABULOUS!

We will also host Springdale for Monarch’s Annual Milkweed Giveaway this week. Whether you are just starting your butterfly garden or want to add to it, we’ve got beautiful milkweed plants. You can pre-order on the Market page.

Thanks to everyone that joined our first ever curbside delivery today! Our inventory for next Saturday will be posted on Monday morning.

Next Saturday, May 9th, we will have the annual Springdale for Monarch’s Milkweed Giveaway. The plants are beautiful and ready to welcome the Monarchs on their migration to Canada. When you pickup your order, pickup a couple of milkweed to add to your garden.

We are excited to offer online ordering to our customers. During this very uncertain time, we think it is important for your farmers market to still be a part of your weekly shopping experience. It’s a little different, but we promise to give you the same quality products with a smile (even if it is covered by our mask).
